Empact Inc. is a 501c3 not-for-profit devoted to creating change in our local communities through events, engagement, community outreach and volunteering. EMPACT INC. began when a group of like minded community people came together and realized we needed more then social media statements, political speeches and promises to make change in the various communities we live, work and play in. Our current members are individuals with lived experience in community engagement, event planning, education, civil service and business ownership.

EMPACT INC. is committed to improving the quality of life for all one community at a time welcoming people from all backgrounds and disciplines to share knowledge and experience in a goal to better everyone. 

Our vision is to provide a wide range of activities, services and opportunities to include but not limited to academic, entrepreneurial and cultural support through community engagement where people have the platform to strengthen, transform and activate themselves and others to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams. We make it our mission to support and EMPower Acts of Change Together in the communities we all call home.

Empact Inc. makes money through public events, conference attendance fees, sponsorships, foundation support, and fundraising events.

Everyone who supports an Empact Inc. events by sponsorship, donation or event fee is helping the continuation of programming at no expense or at a reduced rate, free community events, and scholarships educational courses and start-up entrepreneur business experiences. For this reason, a percentage of the attendance fee is a charitable contribution.

Empact Inc. also supported by partnerships with carefully selected organizations; their ads at our events and website support making Empact events free to community. Other projects, programs and initiatives are supported by foundation funding, individual donors, grants, Town, County and State Grant Funding.

While we are a volunteer-based organization, a percentage of fees is used to support administrative production such as but not limited to; video editing, web development and hosting and or performances for Empact events and promotional campaigns for events (fliers, posters, mailings, newspaper advertisements, social media paid advertisements (ideas are free, but bandwidth is expensive…); support for community-driven initiatives.
